Biography

Donna Schilder, PCC, Life & Business Coach is a Professional Certified Coach whose clients experience amazing improvements in productivity, interpersonal skill development, leadership skill development, goal attainment, stress reduction, and work/life balance. 

Donna’s clients say that she is skilled at helping them create goals for professional and personal improvement, create meaningful actions, helping them get to the core of what is holding them back, supporting them as they break through their comfort zone, and helping them hold themselves accountable to their action plans.

Donna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Coach U Core Essentials Graduate, and holds a Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from California State University at Long Beach (CSULB). 

She also has a Professional Designation in Total Quality Management from UCLA, a Secondary Teaching Credential from Chapman College, and a Bachelors Degree in English from UCLA.

Prior to focusing her practice on coaching, Donna was a Training & Process Improvement Consultant for 15 years.  Donna helped her consulting clients improve their customer service through staff development, customer satisfaction survey analysis, process improvement initiatives, reward systems, performance management, and focused coaching.

Her past clients have included:  PacifiCare, Steelcase, Rockwell International, Northrop-Grumman, Boeing, Bright Medical Associates/Integrated Medical Management, Obstetrix, Medtronic, El Camino Surgery Center, Unisource, and Borg Warner Corporation.
