How Coaching Works
When we first start working together you select 5 main areas that you want to work on.
Prior to each session, you determine what you’d like to work on in that session. If you find it helpful, we will review your actions from the last session to help you create accountability for yourself and to brainstorm ways to overcome barriers you’ve encountered.
As we work together, I will use deep questioning, proven step-by-step processes and tools, and assessments to help you identify your goals and reach them.
I create a space where you can examine your life, career, and/or business; learn about yourself; and explore the possibilities available to you. Together we work to help you determine who you want to be and what you want to accomplish.
I also provide articles, book and CD recommendations, and curriculum (that I have created) to enhance the learning and behavioral change my clients seek.
Coaching is a process that requires consistency, perseverance, and active participation. I request an initial client commitment of three months.
I work with my clients on the phone or in person. We usually work together three times a month for 45-minutes.
My clients also receive:
- The Life Planning Workbook
- Free admission to my workshops
- A subscription to my E-Zine: "Guideposts on the Road to Happiness"
- E-mail correspondence between sessions
