Supporting Coaching clients in designing actions is an important Core Competency for Coaches. One way to increase the impact of your client’s learning actions is to help them engage their Learning Style in their actions (VAK “Learning Style”). When clients engage in actions that use their Learning Style, it deepens their learning and deepens their motivation to take their actions.

The following presentation outlines the three VAK Learning Styles (Visual, Audio, & Kinesthetic) and gives examples of learning actions that utilize each of these Learning Styles.
